The room near the road resulted in noisy disturbances!!! A reservation for a special occasion was unrecorded!!! Bathrooms could use improved lighting too!!!

We loved our stay at Si Como, especially
The amazing view from our balcony overlooking the rainforest. The staff were friendly, and we enjoyed the pools, but the shower didn't have hot water , despite reporting it.

I recommend it to others as staying here was terrific! The very tasty breakfast offers yummy food: cereals and omelette. The suite overlooks the ocean and includes tea and coffee making equipment, and glassware.

The fine views from our Beautiful Plus Room Balcony Panoramic Sea View were lovely. The staff created a cute atmosphere, offering really good service and nice conversations. Although I experienced minor noise issues at times, the ambiance and friendly environment far outweighed them. Dining on delicious nachos by the pool added to the experience, but a few maintenance areas could use attention.

It's wonderful relaxing hotel and big, with professional staff and perfect location down to the sea. The breakfast is savoury and rich, I loved cereal and omelet. Excellent service and the food is savoury!

I appreciated the hotel, it was fairly clean with outstanding staff who was always bouncing around giving everyone great service.
The breakfast they served was rather limited, hope one day it will be way much better.

Everything really worked out perfectly. hotel with excellent facilities, good restaurants, nice pool and common areas for family entertainment. Everything, inserted in spectacular landscapes of the jungle and national parks of Costa Rica, gives a very nice and special, natural atmosphere. Excellent beaches nearby too. Anyway, best was without a doubt the service and attention of the staff. Special thanks to the people at the Hotel's Rico Tico restaurant, next to the pool. Waiters, cooks, bartenders.. We travel with small children (a baby of months), so we are not "simple" passengers, truth is that we always feel very welcome and all concerned that we are well.
Everything went well. I'm having a hard time finding anything different. Maybe 24-hour (simple) meal service... the first day we were late and had to order pizza because the kitchens were closed. Maybe keep the option of ordering a sandwich or something easy for travelers who arrive after 9:00 pm.

The unique wildlife sightings, especially the scarlet macaws and toucans we saw each morning. The staff provided really good customer service, going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The views at the restaurant during breakfast were fine, overlooking the lush jungle. From skeptic to superfan
And the amazing views from our balcony were unbeatable. Wildlife sightings throughout our stay were very nice. Monkeys and toucans everywhere!
We faced some noise issues from a nearby bar, and the breakfast options were disappointing. Pricing discrepancies for activities also soured our experience.
